Constructed from aluminium double angle and interlocked tongue & groove closure, they are recommended for larger size cases due to their high strength and resilience.

These cases are typically constructed with recessed locks & handles and are riveted at 90mm centres to add to their rigidity.

Assembled Cases come in many different varieties including Lightweight Flight Panel, Ultra Light Corex, Aluminium on Plywood, Black ABS on Plywood or Laminex on Plywood for a vast colour choice.

In addition to a typical standard case, assembled cases can be made into any number of configurations, for example:

Ramp Cases

Which feature a drop down ramp, sprung false floor, heavy duty castors and custom interior foaming. All these feature enable heavy equipment on castors to be easily loaded by one person.

Top Hat Cases

These cases feature a large lid and smaller base enabling easy access for bulky equipment.

The larger lid comes completely off the base allowing equipment to be freely used whilst still in situ.

Rack Mount Cases

These cases can be made to suit any rack unit height and depth. They usually feature front and back lids and an isolated internal chassis.
