How our Cases are made

All cases are custom built in our Brisbane based workshop using state of the art metal fabrication facilities incorporating CNC technology.

We have a reputation for high quality work and can solve the most challenging packaging problem to keep your expensive equipment safe. We design & manufacture custom cases with intelligently thought out solutions to difficult equipment transit problems.

We use a combination of machine and hand cutting foam insert to the item’s exact specifications, using the perfect combination of high and low density foam, depending on what the item is and how it will be used to ensure the very best shock resistance. Our state of the art foam cutting capabilities mean we can cut produce foam inserts and cases for just about any shape or size.

Next we make the outer case, again the material used and the finish will depend on what the item is and how it will be used. We have a range of options; welded cases, extruded cases and assembled cases.

All our items are made by our experienced team in our workshop and each case goes through thorough quality assurance procedures before they are sent off for delivery.

Once an order has been placed, we try to produce the case as quickly as possible and our customers are never left waiting for long periods and are always happy with our very reasonable turn-around times.

Our local customers are very welcome to come and inspect and collect their case onsite to make sure it is made to their expectations.
